The wine is opaque, ruby-red in hue, with concentrated fresh red fruit aromas. Crafted from very traditional wine making methods, it is then stored in our finest barrels for more than 18 months. This patience in barrel achieves a harmonious balance between the red fruits and the mocca from the oak. Perfect to enjoy now with lamb ribs or stewed beef. This wine has great potential for aging.
